Product availability

Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timorously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

Payment Options

You may pay online through PayFast by supplying your Credit Card details on the secure online order form. Credit Card Payments will be accepted. We accept MasterCard and Visa Credit Cards. Alternatively, you may also pay via EFT by following the instructions as facilitated by Payfast.

We reserve the right to update prices displayed on the website from time to time.

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).

Pricing

Truly Karin endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products. Your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping).

Truly Karin reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

The price of each product is displayed with the product. In the event of a sale or special offer, the discounted price is displayed.

Truly Karin shall take all reasonable efforts to maintain correct prices. However, should errors occur and items are offered at incorrect prices, Truly Karin will not be obliged to sell goods at such incorrect prices.

Agreements of Sale

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your Credit Card is limited by our Terms & Conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree to our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries, please contact us before making any purchase through this website.

An agreement of sale only comes into effect when a Credit Card authorisation is received from the issuing bank or if the monies paid via EFT reflects in our account.

Delivery Policy

Please ensure the correct delivery address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.

International deliveries:

Undeliverable packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. Additional cost may occur.

Order processing

Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment, via a credit card authorisation is received from the issuing bank.

Return Policy

Shipping

Return shipping will be at your own cost which is non-refundable. No guarantees on return shipping.

Exchange

Items can only be exchanged once, be sure of the correct size selection by making use of the size chart.

Refunding of Shipping fees

No refunds on shipping fees.

Late or missing funds

Check your bank account for return funds, if not received contact your bank. There is a processing time before refunds will be posted.

Sale Items

Refunds will only be for regular priced items. No refunds on damaged, missing parts or items not in their original condition. No refund on Items returned more than 7 days after the delivery.

Refund or exchange

You will be refunded within 14 days from the time the parcel has been received and inspected via PayFast or EFT and exchanges will be ready for pick up after 15 days. You will be notified of the outcome via email.

Return Policy

Exchanged or refund allowed within 7 days after delivery. If an item is too small there will be no refund, exchange or return.Items too big we will happily adjust it. Items can only be returned unused or the same condition as you received. Receipt of purchase required for returning items. 

Partial refunds

In certain situations partial refunds will be allowed if; the return item is in its original condition, unworn, unused, sellable, tags still attached and no make-up stains or odours.

Unauthorised use or access

You may not use this website for any of the following purposes:

  • Disseminating any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.

The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.

Competition Terms and Conditions

Truly Karin (“Truly Karin”) Standard Competition Rules:

This competition (“Competition”) is open to all residents of South Africa, subject to the below.

Truly Karin employees and their immediate families may not participate in the Competition.

By entering the Competition, entrants agree to abide by the rules and conditions of the Competition, as set out herein.

In order to qualify for this Competition, please read the instructions published on the Competition Advertisement done by Truly Karin.

The winner will be selected through a random draw from all valid entries. Winners will be notified by either telephone; private message on Facebook; or email, and the chosen medium of communication will be chosen by Truly Karin in its sole discretion.

The winner will be required to make arrangements for collection of the prize and will be responsible for any loss or damage to the prize from the moment possession is taken of the prize.

The winner is required to produce a valid South African Identity document upon acceptance of the prize

The prize is not transferable nor exchangeable for cash.

Truly Karin reserves the right to vary the prize subject to availability and/or limitations of whatsoever nature of the prize. In such an instance, an item of a similar price range shall replace the prize.

The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Sponsoring parties are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, claim and/or action in connection with, or resulting from, the entrant’s participation in a Truly Karin competition or acceptance of a prize.

Truly Karin reserves the right to make media announcements and/or publish names and photographs of competition winners. No additional consent shall be required from winners, as winners, through their entry, agree to the use of their name and photograph for marketing purposes via social media, email marketing or SMS. No additional compensation shall be payable to any entrant or winner for use of their name or photograph.

No person may win a Truly Karin competition more than once in any ninety-day period. Any winner who has won a Truly Karin competition in the preceding ninety days will be disqualified from the Competition and another winner will be drawn.

The Competition end dates will be shown on the Competition Advertisement.

The winners will be drawn and announced as indicated on the Competition Advertisement.

Should Truly Karin be unable to contact the winner within 72 (seventy-two) hours of the announcement, the winner will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be drawn by Truly Karin (in its sole election).

Updating of these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change, modify, add to or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the Website for changes or updates. The User’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates.

Consent

Should you violate any of the terms and conditions, you will be held liable for all legal costs incurred by Truly Karin for any successful civil action brought against you by Truly Karin.
